•	Collaborate with CEO to set company direction: lead, design, and implement the operating cadence:  long-range business plan (LRP), annual operating plan and monthly forecasts.

•	Transition company from Zero to NetSuite to establish a 5-day accounting month-end close process, automate Order-to-Collect (OTC) across integration of 5 different systems:  Salesforce, DocuSign, Avalara, NetSuite and Paystand.  Develop a Procure-to-Pay process to move company to accrual-based accounting.
•	Proactively implement capacity, pricing, headcount and commissions financial scenario models, analyses and recommendations across the company to drive insight and better future performance.
