Managed a highly skilled team of Project Managers/Solution Architects.
Technical lead on presentations and business meetings for high profile customers; corporate hospitality activity on a case by case basis. Held the additional roles of Manager of Health and Safety, and Custodian of the Group Product Life Cycle. 
John has also been Temporary Quality Manager in preparation for ISO 9001-2008 and TL9000 audits.
