By maximizing the efficiency of our unionized drivers and utilizing class 1 licenses, I enhanced productivity.

As National Director of Retail Distribution & Network Optimization, I oversaw nationwide retail distribution (DSD) and managed market segment delivery in British Columbia and Atlantic Canada. Leading a team with an annual OPEX of $56 million, I was responsible for process improvement and network design initiatives across logistics functions, including transportation, distribution (DSD/last mile), and warehousing.
