With a passion for spreading joy in the hospitality industry, I advocate for mental health as a certified Mental Health First Aider and a proud ambassador of The Burnt Chef Project. My focus is on promoting well-being in hospitality and providing support for my colleagues. The Burnt Chef Project's mission deeply resonates with me as I have witnessed the impact of mental health challenges on industry professionals including my myself. I am committed to cultivating a positive work environment and take pride in being a mental health advocate in the hospitality sector. Being nominated and reaching the finals for the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Southampton Regional Hoteliers Association in 2022 fills me with pride. I also had an amazing experience as a Games Maker at the London 2012 Olympics, where I was part of a huge team of 70,000 showcasing the best of London and Britain. In 2022, I organized the fundraiser Walk Against Stigma for The Burnt Chef Project, and now I am excited to introduce Chef Whites to Heels, an event featuring Drag and Cabaret to support the cause and create a lively atmosphere to be held in September 2024.
