As a lead coach, I specialize in offering personal growth and well-being sessions for individual clients as well as small groups. 

My coaching approach is unique, including techniques in mindset, somatics, story-work, and breathwork. These techniques help my clients overcome limiting beliefs and past events that might hinder their success in life. I pay close attention to my client's pain points and take the time to understand their desired outcomes.  I develop personalized solutions that cater to each client's needs.

Production manager for LiDAR-processing QA/QC, overseeing a team of 10-18 direct reports. 
Tracked, managed and coordinated project labor hours, costs and production schedule. Coordinated project production between different production centers within and outside of company workflow.

I reviewed and assigned project work to junior analysts and technicians while serving as the main point of contact and project phase owner.

Field data collection team member for the Pacific Northwest Research Station Forest Inventory and Analysis program.
Responsible for re-locating and re-measuring long-term forest inventory plots through out the Pacific Northwest.

Forestry Technician

Responsible for point processing airborne LiDAR data and feature extraction using Microstation and 	Terrasolid tools to produce ground models and planimetric features.
Assist research and development with forest biometric field sampling methods, biomass computations, and  forest yield models (FVS, Organon).

Remote Sensing Technician

Portland State University

GIS technician creating base maps using ArcGIS for imputation into LANDIS-II climate and forest landscape change model.  Followed and adjusted methodologies for ecological region development, researched literature and maintained spatial data for use by lab personnel.

GIS Research Assistant

Four consecutive field seasons with  Pacific Northwest Forest Inventory and Analysis data collection team. Responsibilities included: Following established protocol to collect forest measurement data of fixed area permanent inventory plots while working in adverse weather conditions and traversing steep and sometimes hazardous terrain. Reviewed and edited field data for completeness and exactness. Conducted field and office communications   with multiple landowners in S.W. Washington State, to receive land access permission. Created work area maps using ArcGIS.

Ecotrust

Worked with FVS (Forest Vegetation Simulator) software to model different harvesting and reforestation scenarios for regions of southwest Oregon; used JMP statistical software and ESRI ArcGIS to produce report summaries of research findings for department staff.

Forest Modeling Research Assistant

Seasonal Forest Inventory Field Crew Leader.
Supervised 2-3 persons, coordinated staff and equipment between interagency field projects and performed QA/QC of field data.
