I advise customers on how to best utilize their purchased Templafy modules within their organization. 

Demonstrate Templafy's value proposition, its core platform features and modules and other related tools/technologies. Match Templafy's solutions to customer's business and technical requirements.

Partner with Account Management leaders and Delivery specialists to set strategy and create and map our customers journey throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Serve as customer advocate while capturing feedback and reporting requests to Templafy's Product owners.

Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the support of customers. Mentor our Customer Success, Senior customer success managers team and create success strategies for the future.

At Templafy, our Customer Success Team works with customers to ensure they're receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals with Templafy.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, I am responsible for a portfolio of global enterprise clients to:, my responsibilities include;
-	Establishing trusted/strategic relationships with an Enterprise-level client portfolio to ensure the use of Templafy’s products to their full potential.
-	Project managing the implementations Templafy, Enterprise-wide by delivering communication strategies and materials alongside best-practice training. 
-	Being the "The voice of the Customer" when collaborating with internal business functions to guarantee client success with the platform.
-	Organizing business reviews where usage and strategic analytics are discussed to maximize product adoption.
-      I personally manage Templafy's largest strategic accounts on a global level and am responsible for their retention and growth.
-       I'm responsible for the onboarding strategy and the training of new Customer Success Managers when joining Templafy.
-	In addition, liaising with the inside sales team managers and assisting with ongoing product training.

Overseeing the day to day management of the business development teams (inbound and out)
Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business.  
Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate.
Setting targets for new business development for the BM managers & the business development team.

Implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team.
Working closely with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.

This week I had the pleasure of hosting our 2026 Templafy kickoff.
We brought everyone together in Copenhagen for a look forward to the year ahead. 
It's not easy keeping energy up for 8 hours (especially with half of the room jet-lagged 🤠) but that's exactly what we did.

I’ve been at Templafy a long time and I can honestly say I’ve never seen our teams so connected or so aligned as we are right now.
