I’m a problem solver. I believe in getting things done by creatively applying the best of technology. In business, sound systemic solutions have to be developed to confront challenges rather than trying to survive with ad hoc measures. The processes commonly used for employee engagement and compliance are well beyond their use-by date. They are slow, costly and largely paper-driven. SaucedIt‘s Core Purpose is to empower employers and employees to fulfil their responsibilities for mutually beneficial outcomes that will lead to a fairer society. I’m sure that by developing software that makes this process transparent will help develop trust and understanding between these two co-dependant parties. I am confident the enhancements produced by Sauced It will be quickly, and enthusiastically, embraced by employers and potential employees interacting within the labour market. The scope to reach hundreds of thousands, even millions, of people is huge.
