I’m lucky enough to have worked with some of the world’s best known and most innovative companies such as Amazon Web Services, Adobe, Ariba, Cisco, CommVault, Fujitsu, Google, HDS, HP, IBM, Microsoft, SAP and VMWare. My passion is in helping my clients win new customers, increase profits, protect their brand and sell more to existing customers through, Authentic Relationship Management and dynamic pipeline creation. My experience helping senior executives in global companies combined with thirty years working in more than thirty countries in Asia, North America, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa has helped the Database Dept. develop our unique sales driven marketing methodologies and systems. Because I’ve worked in small companies with turnover of less than $2 million as well as having had budget responsibility of US$5 billion with IBM I understand the complex sales and market coverage issues in companies of all sizes. My experience dealing with all aspects of strategy and business development enables me to help our clients grow and to achieve significant return on investment in the short, medium and long term from their lead generation and market development activities. At The Database Dept. I have developed and written the book on Authentic Relationship Management, our methodologies, processes and systems to build and measure trusted relationships with prospects who aren't yet ready to buy. I have also trained extensively in the martial arts for over thirty years with many world renowned teachers. This has provided me with the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual understanding and skills to create and grow in a harmonious and balanced manner whilst always having respect and passion for the individual and our environment.
