Hired to build a world-class customer-facing organization to support Canva's mission to democratize design. Canva is one of the world’s fastest-growing technology companies with offices in Sydney, Manilla, Beijing, London, and Austin.

My teams looked after the Canva customer journey and ensured a tightly coordinated approach from product advocates, sales, customer success, and support resulting in customers getting the most value out of our offering.

As the Head of Sales and GM for North America, I was responsible for:
-Launching a new regions/markets for Canva.
