I’m a startup and venture professional experienced at leading, investing in, and advising healthcare innovators across the UK, USA and Europe.

As the former CEO of Quanta Dialysis Technologies for nearly a decade, I led the company's journey from a small, early-stage UK engineering startup into a commercial-stage transatlantic business. We developed and launched an award-winning portable hemodialysis system designed to transform the delivery of kidney care. Under my leadership, Quanta secured a record-breaking $245 million funding round to support commercialization. 

I also have extensive experience as a board member, investor and/or executive in companies that have successfully exited, such as Symetis, ACT/EPIX, BoneSupport, Nitec Pharma (now Horizon Therapeutics) and MedCast/WebMD.  The Sunday Times Maserati List recognised my contributions by naming me among the UK’s "Top 100 Game Changing Innovators and Entrepreneurs”.
