Gremlin's focus was, Chaos Engineering and Reliability Management of key business services. Major platforms include EKS, GKE, and AKS. 

I built and led the Technical Services team (cross-functional) of Presales Solution Architects, Post-sales, and Customer Success totaling 15 individuals. Technical Services helped triple ARR in 2 years surpassing 10M.  I worked closely with HR/People leadership and  was central to the hiring process for Marketing, Inside Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Post-sales, Engineering, and Sales.

SDR:
I was engaged in projects with the SDR team to define the Idea Customer Profile (ICP) and initial outbound calling script. I worked closely with sales to move the opportunity from the lead to the qualification stage. In addition, I provided education on Application Performance Management (APM) and Observability to the SDR team.

Presales:
I Led the presales Solution Architecture and worked closely with sales on qualification, proof of concept (POC), business case generation, and executive summaries. I engaged multiple groups to create and adopt the POC scoping document.

Customer Success:
I engaged account hand-offs from sales to Customer Success and defined the minimum onboarding criteria - product installed, dashboards created, use case examination, SSO integrated, and integration in to SRE systems.

Post-sales:
I led the post-sales effort, delivering the solution for land, expansion, and adoption motions.

Sales Operations:
I worked with Sales Operations (CRM) and Support (Ticketing). I helped define and modify opportunity records and workflows in Salesforce to match the sales process phases. I was responsible for scheduling weekly sales forecast reports for the technical services team. In Zendesk, I worked with support to simplify logging and searching for support issues.

Cloud:
I performed weekly reporting on cloud costs for AWS, GCP, and Azure. Gremlin's Information Security Officer and I reviewed the reports to lower cloud costs.

Selected by the CEO and COO/President to take on the role of Director of Technical Sales, Enterprise team. In 2 years, I scaled the team into a global presence, growing from 4 to 40+, including 5 frontline managers. The New Relic Enterprise SE team spanned North America, South America/Brazil, EMEA, BENELUX, and ANZ. Our primary focus was Application Performance Management, Mobile Monitoring, and Software Analytics.

I led the Technical Sales team, pre and post IPO, while supporting enterprise sales, resulting in several consecutive quarters of growth YoY growth, in excess of 60% each quarter.

As Director of Technical Sales at AppDynamics, I built the global Sales Engineering (SE) team. In 2.5+ years, I grew the global SE team from 3 to 30+ including coverage in North America, London, Munich, Paris, and Singapore. In addition, I developed and promoted 4 frontline managers to support our amazing growth from 2M to 65M.
