I am responsible for forming and leading Mastermind Groups for Restoration Business Owners and General Managers. These groups support from experts and peers to help businesses achieve their best year yet.

In this role, I organize monthly confidential meetings for high-caliber business owners and general managers, challenging assumptions and identifying limiting factors for business success. I provide perspective and feedback to equally ambitious peers, ensuring accountability for active participation. Additionally, I offer access to new resources that may not have been found on their own. By closely collaborating with other members as they navigate their own situations, I help facilitate breakthroughs and provide opportunities for sharing experiences and learning from others.
