John's professional experience includes being a COO/CFO of Health Practices, President and CEO of his own consulting company, where he focused on Healthcare financial stewardship and Revenue Cycle, managed a large coding operation that included ICD10 implementation, and led financial turnaround projects. He has built company financial models based on industry standards as well as aggregated data and developed and monitored actionable Revenue Cycle Management benchmarks.
