•	Raised enrollment by 233 percent and department valuation by 400 percent by merging two rival athletic organizations and creating the largest portfolio of college athletic programs in the state of Illinois.   
•	Increased annual revenue by $8 million by prioritizing enrollment strategies, implementing targeted donor stewardship, tailoring fundraising campaigns by program, and expanding sponsorship cultivation and agreements.     
•	Grew student athletic participation by 140 percent by creating targeted recruitment plans for all programs.   
•	Led 36 athletic programs, 65 staff members, and 600+ students by empowering staff and creating strategic plan, clear organizational chart, lines of delegation, communication protocols, policies, and extensive training schedule.  
•	Elevated university national affiliation from NAIA to NCAA Division II to expand student and staff opportunities by organizing internal task force, coordinating application process, and leading comprehensive site visit.

Director of Athletics

•	Achieved hundreds of millions of media hits and social interactions annually by constructing new media plan with an editorial calendar while cultivating positive relationships with journalists and community stakeholders. 
•	Opened athletic center in downtown Chicago and served as first operations and rental manager for new facility.  
•	Improved department's digital presence by re-designing website and department online store to enhance user experience on desktop and mobile while producing digital and social media content to target different audiences.

Associate Athletic Director for Media Relations and External Affairs

American Heart Association

•	Generated 918M earned media impressions in Chicago and Northwest Indiana markets in two years by designing effective multi-channel communications plans and fundraising campaigns with local partners and national staff.
•	Secured impactful front-page placement in the Chicago Tribune on July 20, 2012 by training spokespeople and depicting the critical impact of a new system of care for STEMI heart attacks in Chicago through media pitches.
•	Collaborated effectively with stakeholders to fulfill sponsorship deliverables, write grants, prepare presentations, and coordinate community events, including health fairs, galas, Heart Walks, and government press conferences.
