Propelling Managed Services leadership for Meta’s architectural and managed services partner.  Responsible for installation and daily operational support of two of Meta’s most significant HPC environments.

Directly led the RSC hardware install, physical/logical network standup, and cluster deployment (development and installation of the majority of the control plane).  Partnered with 100’s of team members including researchers and technicians from Meta, Nvidia, and Pure Storage.

Directed the teams responsible for daily technical operations attaining cluster compute availability up to 98% within the first six months for RSC and consistent Legacy compute availability over 98%.  Established processes and continuous enhancements to monitoring, dashboards, quality, inventory, budgeting, vendor relations, and organizational development needed to support the first-of-a-kind environment.

RSC will be the fastest AI supercomputer in the world performance nearing 5 exaflops of mixed precision compute. This cluster is the first to run internal production data for Meta executing reliability, security, and privacy at a record-breaking scale.  (1 Trillion+ parameter training models on exabyte size data sets)

•	Partner with RPO CIO, IT executives, and operational management of the Check and ACH (Automated Clearing House) business lines to align National IT's services to their business strategies (Enabling Agility and Growth).
