The web and responsive mobile interface provides a clear overview of existing lockdowns, details per territory, and a time slider that allows the user to view the NPIs over time (past, present and future). The data is primarily sourced from official pronouncements from governments and maintains a neutral, unbiased stance.

    • Personalized Prescribing — privately held pharmacogenomics testing company focused on improving medication choices through DNA-based precision medicine. Drugs tested include: 
    • Led the strategic transformation of genomic assay product from a B2C to B2B model.
    • Conceived and rolled-out their go-to-market strategy and brand planning aimed at Benefit Plan Managers; included website layout and development, messaging, social media and advertising programming.
    • Developed patient risk-profiles to ensure optimal drug selection and dose.

As a Product Manager, I developed and designed all digital marketing strategies and sales enablement tools that resulted in new revenue, strengthened our marketplace positioning and streamlined internal communication processes. 

Through leading projects that designed, installed and deployed a consumer-based microsite, Salesforce.com (SaaS CRM) and a web-based portal for gathering KOL intelligence, I effectively helped to grow product market share, strengthen our competitive advantage and streamlined processes for knowledge sharing across sales regions.

As Marketing Manager, I oversaw 9 product lines and managed 2 direct reports on new product development, pharmacy strategy, digital marketing campaigns, TV, print advertising programs, and licensing. 

Through revitalizing an underperforming mature product, elevating the brand of 2 newly acquired products and leading the launch of another OTC product, my team and I secured product placements with 2 of the largest pharmacy chains, launched go-to-market campaigns that resulted in historic, single day product sales and another that resulted in the product becoming a top 3 revenue performer.

As Product Manager, I oversaw the gastroenterology and respiratory diagnostics product lines. Through leading the development of a Mycoplasma pneumoniae diagnostic assay for children and segmentation analysis reports for multiple product lines, I was able to deliver a process that sped the diagnosis and treatment accuracy for children and helped strengthen our market position and key messaging.

Luminex Corporation

Publicly-traded molecular diagnostic device company, offering a wide range of solutions including clinical diagnostics, pharmaceutical drug discovery, biomedical research, genomic and proteomic research, and food safety.

As Product Manager, I was responsible for the global marketing, education and advertising initiatives for an $18 million portfolio with a $3 million marketing budget for Respiratory Pathogens.

I successfully learned the new technology and space of DNA diagnostics and respiratory diseases to conceive and launch compelling marketing initiatives.  Engaged public health laboratories and commercial diagnostic stakeholders that resulted in unprecedented new device installations.
