Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team comprising software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and enablement leaders in developing Striim's self-service experience in Striim Cloud and Striim Developer.

* Create a real-time user 360 with data pipelines leveraging change data capture, salesforce ELT, BigQuery, and dbt. 

* Led the design and deployment of Striim Developer, a serverless platform for real-time analytics. This led to a 100% increase in Striim's total user base within one year.

* Created a self-service experience and inbound user journey for Striim Cloud, Striim's solution for fully managed enterprise data streaming. This strategic move facilitated the conversion of significant six-figure ACV deals originating from organic SaaS sign-ups.

* Engaged directly with key customers on strategic projects, delivering impactful business results. A notable achievement was co-presenting with American Airlines at the Data + AI Summit, showcasing our collaborative success.

* Created a collaborative relationship with Snowflake's product teams, culminating in the successful launch of Striim on Snowflake Partner Connect, enhancing our market presence and product interoperability.

* Worked with UPS on data pipelines that feed critical AI-driven workflows.

* Self-Service, Fully managed Data Pipelines for Snowflake – Led cross-functional team of UX, front-end, fullstack and platform (backend) engineers to launch self-experience to load millions of records into Snowflake via Snowflake Partner Connect. Worked with stakeholders at Snowflake Product Management to support 1-click launch from Snowflake Partner Connect for their customers. 

* Working directly with enterprise customers to solve their toughest data challenges with Striim; offering a combination of product enablement and strategic feature enhancements. My #1 goal is helping customers execute their strategic data-driven initiatives (and using Striim along the way).

* Launched product-led go-to-market motion. We delivered the fastest customer-acquisition journey from trial to revenue (6-figure ARR subscription customers) in company history. Delivered 30x ROI on initiatives, new enterprise customers, expansion of existing customers while operating on less than 2% of company revenue. 

* A PLG data stack (ELT, data warehouse, BI) to create a 360-degree view of our customers and growth funnels.

* Source Preview - Self-service data transformation and field extraction from unstructured log data.

* Performed benchmarks on product integrations with ElasticSearch. The end result was the product team decided to move forward and implement ES as the search layer of the product. 

* Built a lucene search engine on HBase

Product person & creator. Lead a team of engineers working on data and serverless stream processing for data integration and AI workloads. I also created and host the 'What's New in Data' podcast where I've been fortunate to interview some of the best minds in Data, Machine Learning, and AI.

Experience in engineering management for full-stack development teams ranging from front-end development, hosting multi-tenant applications on cloud infrastructure, and data engineering. I held previous individual contributor roles as Product Manager and Software Engineer.
