At the helm of creative direction for flagship products like the Walmart App and Walmart+ membership, my strategic vision drove over $10B in retail sales across various departments, from Baby to Beauty and Grocery to Sporting Goods. I successfully rallied multidisciplinary teams, fostered a mentorship-focused environment, and interfaced seamlessly with business stakeholders to skyrocket growth and revenue online. 

Overseeing content creation across diverse platforms, from the Walmart.com homepage to mobile, in-store, and even out-of-home advertising, I ensured our message consistently hit the mark. In the process, I pioneered compelling, celebrity-driven online experiences for product and brand launches. 

Managed campaigns with budgets exceeding $100M, directing brand representation and marketing strategies that fueled a 43% uptick in eCommerce sales in 2019. 

Led the Walmart+ launch campaign, growing our brand direction to reach 32M members by September 2021. This was achieved in collaboration with marketing executives and renowned brands like Amex and Spotify. 

Led Walmart Health creative and developed a cohesive brand identity across all channels for Walmart's Health and Wellness sub-brands, driving over 25M people to get free COVID-19 vaccinations. 

Maintained the Walmart App's status within the top five of the Shopping category, clinching the #1 spot during each holiday season with clever advertising and content.

Led an impressive team of over 100 creative directors, art directors, designers, writers, illustrators, animators, and producers located both on-site at Google and in three studio locations. 

Developed design systems and marketing concepts and produced video content for giants such as Google Workspace and Google Enterprise for Education.

Recreated and animated Apple user interfaces for display behind Tim Cook's presentations to pixel perfection. 

Animated a video introduction loop for the largest OLED screen ever built.

As the creative lead for high-tech powerhouses such as Samsung and Apple, my role extended beyond directing—it involved fostering a culture of innovation and building complete teams in several locations in-studio and on-site with clients. 

Breathed life into Samsung Mobile USA with comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring a symphony of consistent brand representation across diverse touchpoints. 

Crafted retail experiences at Samsung shop within Best Buy, optimizing the customer journey and showcasing the Samsung Galaxy product line. 

Instrumental in creating a Samsung loyalty program that captivated attendees at SXSW through innovative and immersive out-of-home experiences. 

Pioneered the establishment of an international team to develop the first official college and high school textbooks on the Apple iBooks platform. 

Planned and executed a compelling global brand marketing campaign for Samsung notebooks, directing captivating videos to resonate with audiences worldwide.

Medicine Agency

Founded the agency as a consulting and creative services company specializing in brand building, successfully launching three brands from concept to the salesroom floor.

Opened a retail art gallery to provide clients with a showroom and event space and produced a live simulcast event from the gallery featuring musicians from Green Day.

Created new products for sports advertisers, broadcasters, and leagues that successfully launched on the Super Bowl, the MLB World Series, NBA Finals, PGA Tour, and the Daytona 500. 

Built a team of motion designers, 3D artists, and creative technologists to collaborate with the lab’s physicists, engineers, and programmers to deliver products combining creative and technical expertise.

Created interactive multi-screen simulcast experiences and live television augmented virtual graphic effects for Coors, IBM, Honda, Chevy, FedEx, Sprint, ESPN, FOX, ABC, TBS, TNT, NBC, USA, CBS, NASCAR, PGA, and others.

Led broadcast and internet-based entertainment products to a 75% increase in revenue.

Increased viewership by designing the Yellow Line production software for NFL live broadcasts to display virtual lines of scrimmage, animated arrows, red zone, yardage stats, and player tracking, which helped viewers get more excited about the game.

Invented FreezeCam, a US-patented camera technology developed in-house from a napkin sketch with a $200K budget, profited $2M in the first two-week run on the NBA, NHL, and HBO Boxing.
