•	Operational lead for international (offshore and nearshore) project resourcing and talent acquisition for WWT’s software practice. 
•	Provide strategy, guidance, and oversight to recruiting managers and recruiters who are sourcing to fill needs
•	Collaborate with AS workforce optimization (WOM) and sales engineering and integration (SE&I) teams to understand project pipeline, staffing requirements (both contractor and full-time employees), and engagement management.
•	Provide tactical oversight to ensure that international employees (regional, remote, and virtual) are operating in alignment with our mission, vision, and core values. 
•	Collaborate with AS Practice Leads to advocate for growth and development of the practice, as well as providing a connection to the practice from global employees.  
•	Ensure that operations outside of the US are set up to support and align with our corporate goals.

Global Resourcing Manager

Primary Responsibility:  build and grow a software related contractor practice and manage the contractor management team within Application Services.
Strategic Planning/Implementation:
•	Part of 3-person team (VP, Senior Director), analyzed current state of staffing sales within Application Services.
•	Developed strategy to increase staffing sales of Application Services Staffing
Result:  More than doubled Staffing Revenue (Application Services) 

Sales Enablement:  
•	Published case study publications to the internal knowledge sharing platform for Sales to use to educate clients 
•	Developed multiple enablement presentations (for leadership, sales, sales leadership)
•	Presented to internal sales teams the value adds of Application Services Strategic Staffing
		
Process Management: 
•	Design and implement processes, policies and SLAs for Application Services/Strategic Staffing to include recruiting, delivery, on-boarding, and sales integration

Financial Management:  
•	Responsible for managing the P/L
