•	Conduct sales forecasting, territory planning and prepare analytical data for client review meetings

•	Grow the average monthly account spend through a consultative approach, working in tandem with the client to fully understand their business, and uncover their commercial needs

•	Build client relationships across all levels of the business, cementing the value of the proposition, formulating account plans and training clients in on-line systems designed to maximise their return on investment

Following a promotion my key responsibilities were:

•	Plan for and project manage the roll-out of a new initiative designed to ring fence future newspaper sales through building a network of key retailers within Greater London

•	Manage a six-figure budget covering areas such as in-store sales promotions, consumer canvassing & store re-branding

•	Manage both external suppliers and day to day management of other key internal relationships

•	Manage people, set targets, KPIs and deliver on the agreed plan on a ongoing basis
