At FieldConnect I increased revenue 80% YoY in less than 12 months; this led to the greatest revenue in the 18 year history of the company. At NovusRx I led the team that created, designed and shipped the leading e-prescribing solution for iOS, Rx-Writer, generating 3500 downloads the first 3 weeks in the market. At Epicor I was part of a team where we scaled revenue 10X from $30M to over $500M in 6 years. I have launched a dozen products from ERP and CRM, to mobile solutions and SaaS solutions for healthcare. I have built several successful metric-driven sales strategies tying marketing and sales together to be accountable for staying focused and still hitting our targets in several B2B SaaS markets. I have adopted a framework to think about work and life, and it is based on focused execution! Most people go along with what is easy or popular; essentially, conventional wisdom. I do my own work and have strong opinions... but as you learn new things and are presented with new data, challenge your assumptions. Have the courage and grit to persevere, and the humility to know when you could be wrong and need to change course. I prefer a bias for action and moving fast. If we make a wrong decision, we can always course-correct as needed; but what we cannot correct is no decision. I enjoy building a repeatable sales and marketing process that becomes a predictive analyzer to what is working and what is not. I have been a VP or SVP in 2 public companies and 7 private ones. I am motivated by interesting challenges where I believe I can make a difference. I love opportunities and situations where people are working on hard problems and interesting opportunities. Throughout my professional career, I have established a reputation as a collaborative leader driven by execution, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. My expertise encompasses all aspects of sales, marketing, business development, and business operations. I have worn a lot of hats and am an excellent fixer.
