Led a team of nine product marketing managers at Wrike. Responsible for setting GTM strategy consisting of product-led and sales-led growth, platform, solutions (ICP, Persona), competitive win loss, market insights, analyst relations and all related content.

Responsible for developing Wrike's first competitive program. I'm using a product marketing model for developing competitive insights into differentiated messaging and sales enablement. I also use Wrike to run a competitive Deal Desk to support active deals that become competitive.

Responsible for developing, managing and leading product launch activity across the organization. Created processes including a go-to-market framework, a new messaging matrix used by downstream teams, and leading cross-functional teams. Additionally, I collaborate with counterparts and stakeholders across the business including Product Management, Marketing Operations, Program Management, Sales, Customer Success and Finance. I act as a process consultant for the launch process and a marketing strategist for audience selection and message development.

Thomson Reuters

Led the planning and execution of marketing plans for four global technology product lines. Responsible for all aspects of product marketing with emphasis on awareness and lead generation. Breadth of projects included brand conceptualization, messaging, positioning, targeting, marketing communications, email, case studies, personas, client testimonials, social media development, etc. Delegated actions to others including a direct report. This role was global in nature with daily operations in North America, EMEA and APAC. B2B business with both channel and direct marketing.

Led three acquisitions through rebranding, with one receiving an industry award for “most innovative advertising” in 2012. Championed these new products internally and externally. Teamed extensively with senior management on marketing audits, high-level SWOTs, risk assessments, and management interviews, resulting in the creation of marketing plans.

Co-chaired, with product management, the development of product launch planning for new products. Articulated goals, strategy, market conditions, internal readiness needs, risk, and actions. Responsible for ensuring functional leads finished their projects with specific outcomes.

Product Marketing Manager

Led a Product & Media Action Team – Business action team appointed to evaluate and make recommendations for multiple product media types. Analysis included high-level SWOT, cost-benefit analysis, market and customer assessments, and data analysis including financial performance review and pricing models. Presented recommendations to executive committee. Other responsibilities included channel marketing, high-value contract analysis, add-on product marketing, and strategic analysis for management.

Segment Marketer

Managed Add-On And Up-sell Product Marketing Program – Created marketing programs and materials that contributed to 127% new add-on sales between two markets, across 2,000+ contracts, and a large increase of annual revenue.

Led Strategic Analysis In Support Of A New Segment Strategy – Supported management decision-making with segment analysis using custom marketing frameworks, revenue & opportunity analysis, go-to-market and launch.

Segment Analyst

Led Market Segmentation Project – Developed a business case to determine if a market segment should be invested in. Used statistical and qualitative analysis methods to develop the recommendation for a revenue generating growth segment, presented to multiple levels of senior management.

Developed marketing messaging and positioning for a new growth segment, lead to new sales in pilot and then launched to entire US sales channel. Conducted primary (client interviews, surveys) and secondary (web, data) market research which lead to recommendations to management.
