I’m the founder and managing director of Várri Consultancy, an award-winning management consulting boutique in Dubai that specializes in strategy, risk and governance, in a sustainable way. With over 16 years of experience in banking and consulting, I know a thing or two about risk management and the financial services generally, and credit and credit risk in particular.
