"J3" consists of a uniquely engaging marketing platform with a 3-pronged approach focused on: 1st) supporting and enabling business ownership for African-Americans, Hispanics, & Women, 2nd) advocating business ownership diversity and 3rd) making an impact in our respective communities.

Managing a segment of Commercial Finance accounts ranging from small, mid, and large ticket accounts in the portfolio with total credit line exposure of $58M. Building account relationships by interacting with accounts on a daily basis. Monitor account payment performance, spread and analyze customer financial statements complete periodic collateral analysis, complete annual credit reviews and ensure that credit approval conditions are adhered to. Assigned to manage several complex ABL (Asset Based Lending) facilities in the office equipment, tech and healthcare space; with total credit limit ranging from $5M-$10M each. Performed site visits to provide customer service, sales support, inspect collateral, and obtain any documentation required to adhere to loan covenants. 

MAJOR ACCOUNTS COLLECTIONS
January 2002 - January 2006

Managing primarily the Ricoh Corporation portfolio under private label and occasionally serving as interpreter and collector for the Sharp Portfolio. Correcting administrative issues causing delinquency both internally and externally. Correcting booking errors, summary invoices misapplied funds, incorrect sales tax, meter issues, and billing issues. Request buyouts for equipment as well as terminations and at times submit repossession requests. Perform massive reconciliations involving both paper and system maintenance journals.

RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST
May 2000 - January 2002

Remittance department working a multi-functional position. Apply live checks, manual exceptions, lockbox exceptions, previous primary vendor contact, On-Account team, research accounts, assist with quality assessment, perform maintenance journal entries to general ledger to correct misapplied funds, solely responsible for the timely and precise application of funds for complex million dollar accounts, order department supplies, and serve as interpreter for various departments.
