Leader of digital marketing and lead generation for the Channel Intelligence platform at Google Shopping.  Our team targeted the Internet Retailer 500 and leading consumer brands for Google PLA, feed optimization, and comparison-shopping engines.  

• Regularly won over Google’s retail customers to our platform which ultimately led to Google buying Channel Intelligence.
• Optimized and implemented all email campaigns for webinars targeting CMO and Marketing Directors of the top worldwide retailers and international brands.  
• Redeveloped website informational architecture and page flow resulting in an increase of 35% in conversion traffic. 
• Coached the communications team on social media and grew followers by 320% in 2 months.

Created the strategic direction for global web marketing and implementation of corporate, multilingual websites.  Was responsible for managing the communications and social media teams in content strategy and building awareness through partner channels and industry analysts.  

•	Reengineered the company’s standard web design practice to a conversion optimization strategy. This led to a 60% growth in lead opportunity from SEO to $35 million annually.
•	Reorganized the PPC team and strategy by reallocating the budget ($80k/month) toward more profitable keywords, redevelopment of landing pages, and ad copy.  This effort improved conversion rates by 20% over the previous year and impacted the opportunity pipeline by $1.75 million per month.
•	Started company-wide social media communications strategy and campaign targeting Fortune 1000 business leaders. The referral traffic from our social channels became the third largest behind organic and direct traffic.
•	Led the web development team in the programming and design of all marketing websites, microsites, landing pages, and Salesforce integration projects.

Softwyre was one of the leading web agencies and software development firms in the region.  As a key individual at Softwyre, primarily worked with customers to develop websites, web-based products, and online/offline marketing strategies. 

•	Led both the user experience and .NET development teams at Softwyre.  Directly responsible for increasing company sales by 150% in the first year of operation and 400% in the second year, reaching $1M in new sales for web and marketing services.  
•	Started and launched the Sales team by recruiting and training sales representatives. Provided and customized the sales enablement tools for this team to manage leads and meet sales goals. 
•	Led and mentored the web design team in UX concepts and strategy.  This has led the team to begin regularly winning design awards in usability and presentation with industry peer groups.

NIC Inc.

NIC is a national technology firm focused on the development and support of legal filings document management systems for State and Federal agencies.  Reporting to the CEO, was brought onto the project to manage a crisis situation as the program and client engagement manager for the Arkansas Secretary of State. 

• Primarily responsible for determining new project delivery schedules, hiring and directing the new business analysis and software development teams.  
• Managed multiple outside technology vendors and consultants providing middleware and imaging workflow applications, contract negotiations with the vendors and the customer, and client change management strategies.
• Developed and managed new project budgetary requirements to meet the new schedule as well as keeping the project within those budgetary guidelines.  Managed all procurement activities for the project.
• Managed and directed client expectations on a weekly basis, contract negotiations and deliverables.
• Worked with business analyst to create use cases and technical specifications for the programming teams.  Additionally worked with the testing team to develop test scripts based on the use cases and specifications.
