Pioneered a new industry solution for RapidSOS, a series C, $275M start-up that delivers life-saving emergency data to public safety from over 400 million IoT devices.

Invented and launched the RapidSOS Digital Alerts product. Alerts is a paradigm-shifting emergency response platform that enables substituting phone calls to 9-1-1 with an instantaneous, data-rich digital request for service. Alerts delivers security, personal safety, and fire alarm data from millions of consumers to 3,000+ 9-1-1 emergency communication centers, covering more than 80% of the U.S. population.

Led product management, product strategy, and UX/UI teams. SecureNet is a global B2B2C SaaS security, video, and IoT platform.

Designed and oversaw the development of 14 B2B and B2C applications including iOS, Android, SaaS web portals, touchscreen panels, and voice assistants for remote interactive control, automation, and cloud-based management of security systems, cameras, sensors, and smart home devices.

Managed and directed external agency resources and vendors. Position scope twice expanding to encompass web developer and marketing communications duties.

Hands-on role designing html-email, web, UI/UX, print (signage and collateral), motion graphics, 3D animation, photography, videography, short-form video editing, and post-production.
