Key Accomplishments:
•	Created and launched comprehensive Leadership development program: More than 245 employees participated in 7 years; Curricula focused on individuals at different points of their careers; Curricula included learning opportunities ranging from instructor led classes, to online courses, to outside vendors like Speakeasy, Disney Institute and UGA Executive Education program;
•	Managed national talent acquisition strategy that saw employee count increase from 350 to 1,100 in 5 years: 
•	Designed comprehensive benefit program for national company;
•	Created and implemented salary grade system;
•	Created and directed annual Digital Dash 5K which has raised $390,000 in nine years for chosen charities;
•	Implemented Workday Enterprise system including Recruiting, HCM, Benefits and Payroll;

Responsibilities include:
•	Developed and executed comprehensive HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives and priorities; 
•	Direct onboarding process for new hires and acquired;
•	Manage national recruiting efforts for all exempt and non-exempt positions; 
•	Managed HR due diligence and onboarding for M&A process; 
•	Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures; 
•	Act as a consultant to executive team for Human Resource issues;
•	Oversee benefits administration;
•	Analyze HR metrics and create and implement action plans based on those metrics;
•	Create and implement employee relations/retention programs;
•	Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations;
•	Manage $100M payroll – 3 bi-weekly and 1 monthly pay groups;

Was originally hired as director of communications in December 2000 and was responsible for all internal and external communications. Assumed full human resources responsibilities in September 2002.
