In 2004 I turned 25 and started Mash, pooling a grand total of £2,000 with my best mate, hitting the phones with no experience, little idea and a lot of ambition. 
 10 years and $50M + in revenue later, grinding hard on my third company, I sat my first Vipassana, confirmed that I wasn’t happy and quit, everything, for 6 months… 
 6 months became 2 years, a hiatus in which I sold my SAAS business for parts, sold my first company for cash, and lurched from one ‘idea maybe’ to another, searching for meaning, purpose, and ultimately, happiness. Behind the scenes, the subconscious sound track was playing a melancholy lament about the coming climate catastrophe and despite offsetting my carbon, planting trees, eating for the planet and supporting entrepreneurs with little angel cheques, the terrifying nature of climate doom manifest as insomnia, a lack of motivation, a feeling of helplessness and a lack of hope. In 2016 I read a book called The Surrender Experiment, committed to saying YES to life’s next pitch, and subsequently sold up my life in London, moved to Portugal, a country where I knew no-one, to build green buildings, something I had never done. That didn’t feel enough, we're in the midst of the greatest crisis in our species history. I can't be on the sidelines. So I decided to start a fund with a simple thesis, my investors will invest in me to gain a European passport and I’ll invest their capital in great companies being built by brilliant people with a vision to make a better World and aim to expedite the energy transition. My mission is to be Earths Hypeman...
