The OEM Specialist Position is responsible for the overall OEM and MTD relationship within a specific territory.  The Specialist works within a region to develop a plan to maximize the support and sales within the assigned OEM territory.
Responsible for: 
•	Developing OEM sales within a given territory, utilizing a mix of direct account responsibility and coordinating with Regional Management and their resources. 
•	Develop, Maintain and Implement a Business Plan to generate sales within the OEM Territory.  Coordinate and review that plan with the OEM Manager and Regional Management.
•	Support OEM Projects and Run Offs/ Turnkeys, Demonstrations, Shows, regardless of product purchase channel, etc…
•	Develop tooling package / proposals including technical recommendations, time studies, and technical drawings. 
•	Promote New Product growth through inclusion in OEM Demonstrations.
•	Coordinate Inter-regional OEM initiatives, projects, turn-keys, etc…
•	Assist National Product Managers to survey new product development and future OEM direction.
•	Coordinate a positive “customer centric” Iscar experience engaging with Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics, and all Company entities that an OEM and their potential customer come into contact with.
•	Support all OEM Transaction “situations” including Certificate Sale/Redemption, Account Set-up, Non- Disclosure, Export Control, etc…
•	Design and prepare presentation material pertinent to Iscar Machining / Product Strategy.
•	Market Company solutions to the OEM channel and their customers.
•	Be aware and maintain confidentiality issues between the OEM, their potential customer and the Company.
•	Developing liaisons/relationships with OEM related companies and technologies in order to leverage the company's position in the industry.  This could include software, technology, and peripheral equipment company relationships.
