My role at GEOTAB allowed me to immerse myself in a variety of projects. My main mission was to build out the enterprise-wide new graduate experience. I partnered with stakeholders across the organization to understand how to best create a strong pipeline of talent from a recruitment and talent development perspective. I also focused on retention, diversity & inclusion, employer branding and employee engagement across the early talent space.

Built out and led two programs that focus on student & new graduate development at the bank. Was responsible for the selection and management throughout the programmatic experience as well as focusing on employee development. Through the creation of learning and development plans, ongoing coaching and feedback, we aimed at building our co-ops/interns and new graduates into future leaders for the organization while enhancing employee experience.

This role involved travelling, sourcing and recruiting top talent on College & University campuses across Canada. Created, managed and implemented recruitment strategies across multiple business lines throughout the organization for both co-op/internship and new graduate positions. Led campus recruitment for Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, GRM, Finance, Operations, Corporate Security, Real Estate, and Philanthropy, Commercial and Canadian Banking.

Worked as an Account Executive at the Dentsu Aegis Network on the General Motors Retail Team. Both organized and executed monthly campaigns as well as worked on special projects and event management for the business. Working on both media and creative development, as well as directly with the client I acted as an important link between the agency and client and strived to meet the client's needs to organize and produce effective campaigns.

Canada's Next Top Ad Exec

Acted as a Campus Engagement Director on Canada's Next Top Ad Exec's Campus Team. Ensured our team had reliable, national resources and provided guidance on key actions for each and participating campus. Sourced, recruited, hired and managed 48 Campus Account Managers to gain traction and increase excitement about the program. I was involved in both planning and travelling to individual campuses and provided presentations to increase student awareness.
