Grew Lemonly to 20 employees with the reputation of the best place to work in the Midwest. Lemonly was recognized for its company culture and I would talk and teach about that topic across the country. 

Sold Lemonly in 2021 and left the company in early 2022.

What I learned in this role was the value of a hard day’s work, how the corporate world works, and how to work across multi-functional teams with people in the US, Canada, and India. Most importantly, I discovered I was not built for working within a corporate corporate setting but was meant to become an entrepreneur.

At the time, he had 8,000 subscribers.
Today, we know him as MrBeast with over 400 million subscribers worldwide. 

Here’s what I love about that story:
Jimmy didn’t just set a big dream. He committed to the journey. He kept editing, publishing, and creating even when nobody was watching.

That’s what momentum looks like.
Built in private. Celebrated in public.

You don’t need to schedule a YouTube video for 10 years from now.
But you can write a note to your future self. Describe the life you’ll build, the habits you’ll stack, and the momentum you’ll create.

Your future self will thank you.

100 days left in 2025 ⏳

A lot of people mentally check out and say, “I’ll start fresh in January.”

But 100 days is more than enough time to:
• Build a new habit that sticks.
• Change a system that isn’t working.
• Launch the first version of an idea.
