Built multi dimensional Sales GTM, based in Boston with Direct, Channel and Sales Development; No US Channel existed upon arrival.

Led a transition from a perpetual license business to a subscription/ARR business, with greater than 900% growth in subscription bookings in 2018 vs 2017.
Grew GTM team from 10 people to over 60+.  Recruited all key Sales Management hires.  Sub 5% voluntary attrition overall in tenure.

Reddo is a completely new way to think about enterprise application mobility for legacy Windows and Web applications.  Company based in Kfar Saba, Israel and Cambridge, MA

Initially served on the Board of Directors, later joined as CEO to pivot the Company to enterprise mobility from a prior developer tools business.

Executed a plan of a divestiture and refocusing the Company in a new product offering at a different target buyer within enterprise mobility.  Funded by Accomplice (formerly Atlas Ventures) and VMWare.

Tracelytics

Tracelytics is the SaaS-based application performance solution that understands scalable web architectures. Erase the boundaries between applications, layers, and machines; start tracing.

After originating in Betaspring from Providence, RI, Raised $5.2m Series A from Bain Capital Ventures, Battery Ventures, FlyBridge Capital, and Google Ventures

Joined pre-product and worked with the early customers to define product/market fit.  

Recruited and built original sales team and tightly defined sales targeting and process which led to rapid growth in securing our first 100 paying customers.  High velocity, freemium/trial to close, sub 30 day sales cycle model.

Merged with AppNeta to provide the only SaaS delivered Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution that provides network, end user and application performance visibility.

Post merger, as President had responsibility for revenue and partner business of the APM Division.

Citrix Systems (formerly XenSource)

Prior to the Citrix acquisition of XenSource, I worked at XenSource in a senior business development role responsible for the creation and execution of many of our major partnerships and strategic outbound OEM and licensing agreements with IHV and ISV's including HP and Dell. 

Our Business Development success and material agreements were a key factor in leading to our $500M sale to Citrix Systems.

While at Citrix, I managed a team of business development professionals responsible for our "Tier 1" partnerships with partners such as HP, Dell, IBM, and NetApp.  This included all aspects of business development including creation of licensing/OEM transactions, deal negotiation, complex partnership agreements, executive engagement and overall relationship management.
