I worked many years in the Psychiatric Healthcare field and discovered that the knowledge I honed through those in-depth and important experiences is extremely valuable across all fields. I love helping people, and I have done my best to apply that to any position in which I've been involved. Over the years, I have done volunteer work and participated in fundraisers when able, mostly with a concentration on child safety, mental health, and medical research. I have primarily put my time towards the issues/efforts nearest to my heart, but ideally, I'm open to assisting with anything that makes the world even just an iota better. When I've had spare time over the decades, I've enjoyed hiking, strolling, learning to rock climb, creating art, writing anything and everything, editing, proofreading and assisting others with these skills. I adapt easily, and research and learning make me ecstatic. I hope to further my existing skills, as well as, become more familiar with various programming languages and applications. I actually would like to learn all the things, but I think that might be a bit time-limited. Ultimately, I am happy if I'm learning and supporting others. I am extremely empathetic, and I love to experience the joy of others. I am everyone's biggest cheerleader (after my mom).
