•  Enhanced maintenance process quality by preventing the exclusion of high-speed trains from operations. 
•  Mobilized the supplier team to redesign the diagnosis and repair process, resulting in undisrupted operations. Contract value of 1.3 billion EUR.
•  Collaborated on the development of maintenance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the acquisition of two fleet types (Stadler - valued at 380 million EUR, PESA - 310 million EUR). 
•  Applied lean management principles to optimize SLA efficiency.
•  Implemented a comprehensive maintenance program for the new fleet type by convincing the supplier (the maintenance provider) to invest in modern technology, mitigating the need for a separate facility construction delay.

CMS Donation of the Year – selecting an institution nominated by staff. My contributions included:

•  Proposing the idea to Warsaw staff, collecting nominations, and selecting a recipient.
•  Drafting the nomination endorsement, ensuring compliance with required criteria and reasoning.
•  Facilitating the donation to the chosen nominee for the year.
