-	Lead the development of the annual marketing plan for the brand or category of brands, including building of the annual business plan to ensure growth targets are reached
-	Lead the development of the innovation strategy informed by brand architecture and demand spaces
-	Ensure development of innovation pipeline, including whitespace innovation to deliver sufficiency of growth
-	Oversee full Idea to Market, delivery including go-to-market strategy
-	Partner with cross-functional teams to develop the quality and renovation strategy

-	Orchestrated the successful launch of digital campaigns, including a company blog and direct marketing, and increased web traffic utilizing SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and content strategy

-	Managed relationships with >30 countries, overseeing various product lines & categories, with 48m EUR in sales
-	Directed team of 3 export coordinators
-	Formulated short and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives

-	Grew sales from 42m EUR to 48m EUR, and a strong growth in EBITDA 
-	Expanded client base in two years by consistently delivering goal-surpassing sales results and ensuring client satisfaction 
-	Closed new large accounts, including a 3m EUR win

Export Manager

-	Managed a 150M EUR bread, sweet, fast food and savory category for foodservice overseeing a 1,5m EUR budget for Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain
-	Led cross-functional team to commercialize the rustic portfolio, with highly profitable new products and drove traffic to foodservice stores
-	Appointed member of  steering committee charged with analyzing commercial strategy (2013 & 2016) and redefining bakery footprint in Belgium after the fire, in cooperation with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
-	Wrote catalogs, guides and training brochures that enhanced the sales reps’ understanding of complex product features and helped them sell more effectively
-	Monitored and improved existing procedures with S&OP; identified and drove process improvement, carried out  root cause analysis and corrective action implementation 
-	Reviewed product portfolio quarterly to increase both SKU optimizations, profitability and new product speed to market
Achievements: 
-	Controlled 300k EUR product development budget, prioritizing projects that drove innovation
-	Developed and launched a new integrated, multi-channel print, catalog, web and direct marketing / Burger campaign that propelled sales to 8M EUR over 3 years within fast casual channel 
-	Researched new product possibility (rustic bread category), collaborated with cross-functional teams  and created campaigns generating 5M EUR in new annual sales 
-	Led a bread market launch of 40 products 
-	Received Award for ‘Best  Sweet Launch 2017’
-	Confirmation on rebuilding bakery in Belgium, and was elected as bakery of the future 2018
