Through advice and training we give recruiters the insight, tools and confidence to attract underrepresented talent, recruit inclusively, secure better business and confidently partner with their clients & internal hiring managers.

Our second DE&I business venture, Inclusive Recruitment Foundations, is the sister company to Diversity in Recruitment and Balance. IRF is an eLearning platform designed exclusively to support recruiters and hiring managers in businesses committed to inclusive, accessible, and equitable hiring. It complements, not replaces, the work we do with leadership teams and senior recruiters through our independent businesses and enables us to reach larger populations.

And yes, it’s exciting, of course it is, but this isn’t just a partnership deal for me.

It really means something.

Unfortunately, access to healthcare, mental health support, and neurodiversity help still isn’t equal. Too many people are expected to perform, excel, and bring their best to work, while silently trying to navigate systems they can’t afford or access.

Working on this campaign reminded me that well-being support shouldn’t be a luxury, and high performance shouldn’t depend on someone’s financial situation.

I wrote about it honestly, bluntly, and with more frustration than usual.

If you hire, this one’s for you - the candidate experience is at breaking point, and we’re part of the problem.

I agree with Nitin Sharma☝️on this more than I can probably put into words.

So much of what we see on here feels like smoke and mirrors. 

People talking up exits that were not really exits. Influencers pushing the latest tools they barely use. So-called thought-leaders sitting on panels and podcasts with a backhanders hidden behind the 'corporate romance' and the non-execs selling a 7-figure dream that was created in 90s recruitment.

I wish we could see more relatable honesty on here and less reinvention of the story and fake narratives designed to make us feel less-than, so we buy their shit.

That kind of truth is so rare, yet it has never been so needed in the current climate.

Failure happens; off-the-scale success is not permanent. Most businesses and leaders will fall over at some point; this is just how it goes.

The lies and the bullshit are exhausting and misleading. I don't understand why folks can't be honest about what actually happened.
