Granada Fund

Established Granada Fund, a venture capital firm that specializes in early-stage investments for DTC and CPG brands.

Built a sustainable revenue-sharing model based on Shared Equity Agreements to provide additional capital to startups.

Secured successful investments in several San Diego-based startups.

EvoNexus

Led the operations of EvoNexus startup incubator with 25+ companies, conducting check-ins, reviews, and graduations

Transformed EvoNexus operations to an online platform in both San Diego and Silicon Valley

Planned, moderated, and facilitated virtual due diligence meetings between startup founders and 10-20 executive volunteers

Lime

Managed daily operations of Lime in San Diego to ensure a smooth and efficient scooter-sharing service for riders, overseeing fleet management, maintenance, logistics, and customer service

Spearheaded the hiring and scaling of workforce from 20 to over 120+ employees

Achieved exemplary local culture and directed the deployment of a fleet of 4500+ scooters throughout San Diego

Developed and implemented strategies for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, measuring success metrics and optimizing processes 

Proactively served as a liaison between riders, city partners, and Lime technicians to ensure a safe and enjoyable user experience

Operations Manager

Postmates

Customer acquisition, strategic partnerships and street teams

Expanding the existing zones while collaborating with the Regional Manager 

Analyzing and monitoring daily operational data, identifying inefficiencies and creating corrective action plans to improve efficiency

Leading national promos with prominent brands including Evolution Fresh, Pepsi and Lactaid

Developing and implementing a successful merchant referral program and managing non-food deliveries 

Providing expertise and direction for operational teams and making strategic recommendations for operational improvement

City Manager

As a founding member of the Remote Operations Management Team, lead a test for managing cities remotely and develop supply, local growth, and solve weather-related supply challenges

Assisted with the implementation of a remote onboarding program, resulting in streamlined and efficient onboarding of new drivers

Formed, manage, and mentor multiple street teams responsible for gathering competitive intel, new customer acquisition, and obtaining feedback from local merchants

Planned and executed the revival of bike couriers in Minneapolis, MN, optimizing efficiency, improving supply chain management and quality control, and increasing customer satisfaction
