My professional journey began when my grandfather took me traveling in Asia as a teenager. It opened my eyes to the nuances of culture and started my passion for how culture influences business. This led me to focus my studies on International/intercultural negotiations and business. I thrive in long-term-oriented business development, having spent the first part of my career understanding selling and, most importantly, how I sell. I meet the world with a collaborative mindset and truly believe in “expanding the pie” as a general business philosophy. If I can make my customers and partners successful, I will inherently be successful. I love finding ways to work smarter rather than harder. Using my strategic capabilities to understand the market, my partners, and the customers, I build concepts and initiatives that drive sales and common success. Currently, I am working on expanding the Umbraco Solution Partner Network globally, with a focus on making my partners successful with their business and Umbraco.
