Principal Business Consultant

This was a Director role with direct reports and budget responsibilities. In charge of an International team of Pre-sales Consultants conducting business development and consulting for the Nordics and Baltic cluster. 
As the Head of Pre-Sales Consulting, I was responsible for my direct reports and the value we provided to our customers as solution partners and thought leaders. I was also responsible for our technology partners, TML, pipeline, bid, and solutions strategy.

Achievements:

🥇Under my guidance, we secured several 100M Euro in business for our cluster and maintained a pipeline in excess of 300M Euro yoy. 

🥇My team was the reference team for other clusters used as best practice example. 

🥇I’m particularly proud to have had a team member join the President's Club for outstanding efforts. The first in the Presale role to ever do so.

I was one of the leaders of Orange’s European sales transformation. I was leading Change management, impacting over 200 Sales and Pre-sales staff. 

✅ Successfully increased the effectiveness of Orange’s sales process, achieved reduced cost, and improved resource efficiency. More importantly, creating greater value for Orange’s clients with better alignment to their business needs and the changing market.

E.ON Bredband was one of Sweden's largest privately held ISP and communication infrastructure owners, later acquired by Tele2.

🥇 Under my guidance, we created and launched Sweden’s first commercial WiMax product for ISP services

I was responsible for E.ON's Wireless and xDSL venture:

- WiMax-based products towards B2B
- xDSL-based products towards B2B and B2C

 I was primarily responsible for our wireless data and xDSL-based ISP Services but also functioned as Consultant and product owner for E.ON Bredband's wireless venture, specializing in WiMax and FWA networks.
