I came to London to build from a cold desk the SAP EMEA practice with a senior manager. 
I was in charge of a sales force.
Since 2012, I’m building the Microsoft Dynamics EMEA division.

Duties
•	Hire, train and manage the sales team (up to 6 people)
•	Definition of the business strategy to effectively win business in EMEA zone
•	Cold calling to generate new business
•	Establish sustainable relationship with C-Level (COO, CIO, COO…)
•	Monitor the practice activity with KPI and monthly meetings
•	Attend client meetings 
•	Close deals on complex and long sales process 
•	Build a EMEA network of clients

After a successful start as a sales manager, I have been quickly promoted as regional sales director.
I was in charge of 3 regions in France and 6 managers.
I rebuilt the network in this zone by implementing a new strategy and recruited, trained,managed my team.

During 2 years, I improved the turnover (+26% ->Y1/Y2) and managed to have 3 managers ranked in the top 10 fo the company.

I added 2 new universities in my portfolio by convincing the President of university with my new project.

I was leading a team of 6 managers and a sales force of 60 people

I was reporting to the National Sales director.

As a sales manager, I fully trained and managed a sales force of 10 persons, in order to achieve the business target. I delivered the training during 3 days, and then I monitored the activity on the field to improve the sales skills of my team.
As a team we overachieved the target and as a manager I have been ranked 1st at the national level
