Jonathan is an accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record in sales and management. He currently serves as the US Sales Manager at JUUNOO, bringing the company’s award-winning designs and sustainable workplace solutions to markets across North America. With circularity in mind, JUUNOO is changing the construction world into a sustainable market where reusability is the norm. Jonathan joins JUUNOO from ROOM, where as an Enterprise Account Executive, he worked with Fortune 500 companies, major government agencies, and leading commercial real estate firms to create and re-create their workspace through adaptive, modular architecture and construction free build outs. Prior to that, Jonathan worked at Corofy, a first of its kind broker intelligence platform. As Corofy’s Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan led a team that transformed an idea into a company that supported the top residential brokerages in New York City and changed the way real estate data is used to power growth. Jonathan began his career as a licensed real estate salesperson who specialized in pre-foreclosure and distressed sales. His data driven sales approach saw him rank in the top 1% of RE/MAX agents worldwide after just 6 months of being licensed. In addition to Jonathan’s industry-proven experience, he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from The Pratt Institute School of Architecture, where he graduated top of his class, was the President of the Graduate Real Estate Practice Club, and was the recipient of both the Pratt Institute Circle Award and the Excellence in Academic Achievement Award. Jonathan is also a former D1 athlete who has played soccer in Canada, the United States, and Italy. Today, he resides in Chelsea with his wife, Stephanie, and bernedoodle, Sadie. He’s an avid sports fan, food enthusiast, and can often be found exploring everything the city has to offer.
