★ Played key role in the development of sales and business model, defining target markets, pricing strategies, and performance metrics, and developed multiple sales channels to ensure achievement of aggressive revenue targets.
★ Spearheaded transformation of sales team to focus on underperforming dealer network, successfully increasing processing volume from just $30K per merchant ID (MID) to over $100K per MID, and increasing monthly deal counts from less than 70 to over nearly 500.

As the Account Executive/District Sales Manager (East Coast) for CyberSource, one of the pioneers in online payment and fraud management services for medium and large-sized merchants, I acquired new merchants for the company in need of an online presence to sell their goods and services.

During my tenure at CyberSource, I earned the Sales Executive of the Quarter for three consecutive quarters, and brought in major merchants such as Weight Watchers Online, Major League Baseball, Gartner Research Company, and SBLI, our largest Pro services contract.
