Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager

Senior Supply Planner - Consumer Products Division (CPD) UK&I

Management for the CPD Supply Planning team (3 direct reports) and operational responsibility for Hair care (Elvive & Ultimate Blends) with previous experience on Cosmetics (Maybelline). 

UK LBO (Local Business Owner) for the S&OP process and Key User for SAP APO. 

Key achievements:
- Led the team through Brexit & COVID-19. Dealing with high levels of complexity and volatile supply
- Co-packing management: Managed the procurement of ca. 8Mu components to produce 2Mu of BOM sets for our Christmas Gifting campaign (>98% service level)
- Automated ordering tool for Non-EDI customers. Reducing the need for manual intervention, saving 3hrs p/week per customer.

Supply Planning Manager

Wyevale Garden Centres

Master Data Manager at Wyevale Garden Centres. 

Managed a team of four direct reports, who were responsible for the maintenance and creation of both Product and Supplier Master data and the related data within our ERP (Dynamics AX R3). The team also oversaw all EPOS Promotional and pricing activity (Retail-J) for the company. 

Additional responsibility for RELEX (Demand forecasting tool). Including Business communication, Root cause analysis and information flow management. 

My focus was on: Process improvement, standardisation, simplification, team development and cross functional training.

Master Data Manager

Product Information Manager for Luxury Product and Active Cosmetics Divisions for L'Oréal UK&I. 

Managing the Product Master data for two divisions (Luxury Products and Active Cosmetics); ensuring data availability and accuracy to internal customers. Responsible for implementing robust processes with a drive towards efficiency and simplicity, whilst ensuring data quality is not compromised.

- SAP MM Key User (6 brand integrations, Functional testing, and SAP improvements)

I am a driven, and passionate Supply chain leader with over 8 years of FMCG experience across Beverage, Beauty, and Personal care; having worked across most supply chain functions. I blend Supply Chain expertise with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills. I am particularly interested in personal development and have a proven track record of building and improving high performing teams (>5 years Team management experience). 

Scientific and methodical in my approach to problem solving, I am calm in a crisis and ensure that data is at the heart of the decisions we make. I relish a challenge and thrive in bringing teams together, identifying problems and challenging the status quo to deliver improved business performance.

I am currently Head of Supply Chain at Red Bull UK (13M FTC); with my contract due to end May 2024.
