Responsible for creating net new opportunities through direct relationship building and marketing programs. 
•	Consistently achieved revenue and lead generation targets – consistently finished #1 in the Western Region
•	Recruited and managed 300 Microsoft Dynamics resellers for the Western US. 50 were consistently active. The remaining 250 were acquisition targets, of which 50-75k were engaged as client need arose

Channel Development Manager

Managed the key Southern California territory.  Responsible for net-new sales, including channel management and recruitment.

Responsible for maintenance and support plan renewals for their mid-market solution, up to upper mid-market. Worked directly with Sage channel partners to maximize customer retention efforts. Worked in tandem with the Customer Support and Partner Management departments to identify and resolve support and customer service issues to impact customer retention.
