I'm a recent military retiree, having spent 23 years as a Military Intelligence Collector and Intelligence Operations Manager. During this time, I was also selected as a Senior Personnel Manager, Current and Future Operations Manager, as well as Program Manager for several projects. Currently, I'm a Corporate Operations Manager for a Hotel Acquisition, Development, and Management company, overseeing the intricate details of our eight Marriott-branded hotels in four states, financial and organizational processes for property purchases, as well as tracking of opportunities for acquiring existing hotels. My specialty throughout my career has been as a primary manager for senior leaders. I'm detail oriented and task driven to ensure effective execution of tasks with high productivity and novel results. While I have and can always be a "tip of the spear" leader, I thrive as a supporting manager - ensuring accuracy, maintaining accountability, as well as keeping projects on time, budget, and expected quality - enabling my bosses to do what they do best.
