In this position, I am provided the computer software to create E-Learning modules/programs that is directed towards the rehabilitation of individuals who are transitioning out of prison. The programs are to aid in fostering a sense of purpose so that it will reduce the chance of recidivism. Layered within the modules are animations, motion-captured graphics, live film, links to other modules and programs, and various audio, which includes vocal overlays and musical featurettes.  
 
I am in constant communication with state and national psychiatrists, inmate clinicians, and my company’s leadership team as we focus on what learning programs can be successfully executed and converted into an E-Learning module. Once the discovery session establishes what is required, I can develop a module that the end user can follow with ease and be able to comprehend the main point being discussed.  
 
I assist in communicating with our E-Learning vendors, to purchase the appropriate software, and update our current database to ensure their proper maintenance.

In this position, I use computer software to create E-Learning modules/programs for all departments of LFG to teach them mandatory skills to do their jobs. Within these programs, I create animations as well as motion-captured graphics. In addition to these, I create user-review quizzes to ensure user understanding.  
 
I regularly work with our leadership teams, determining which learning programs must be converted to E-Learning format, then taking on those projects, creating easy-to-follow e-Learning modules.  
 
I regularly maintain Lincoln Financial Group’s current e-Learning modules to ensure compliance with current federal ordinances.  
 
I assist in any administrative activities associated with our knowledge-based SharePoint sites, including documentation upkeep.

In this temporary 3-month position, the primary responsibility is to process     all incoming Mortgage packages from Bank of America customers. This includes reviewing all packages for accuracy in the data listed therein and inputting all mortgage data into the Bank of America mainframe system for further review by Bank of America underwriting. In addition, any mortgage document errors discovered on the part of other mortgage processors are   sent in to the corporate branch for our review and correction. We then   proceed to process these packages correctly and submit them for review by Bank of America underwriting.
