I have been involved, with a team of now over 200 professionals, in all aspects of motor accident management from vehicle recovery, managing repairs, providing replacement vehicles, legal advice on motor insurance and credit hire and repair litigation as well as personal injury litigation. Have been involved or acted in many of the leading Northern Ireland legal authorities in the last twenty years from O’Hagan v Wright to Smyth v Markerstudy Insurance Co. Additionally I run a Corporate and Regulatory law practice as well as a co-working/serviced office building which includes a podcast studio from which we produce our own content as well as assist others to do the same.
