Jonathan is an internationally respected chartered occupational psychologist, executive coach, author and leader. With a career spanning 40 years he has worked in more than a dozen leadership roles, across public, private, academic and not for profit sectors, including working for PWC, IBM, OPM, CoachHub, EZRA-LHH and others. He has coached hundreds of leaders and managers, from senior politicians to board directors helping them become the best version of themself, while also training hundreds of coaches during at Henley Business School and the University of East London. He has contributed to the development of the profession, acting as an advisor to ILM, ICF and EMCC on various topics including the development of coach competencies, ethical standards and AI-Digital Issues and has served on multiple working groups and professional body boards, including serving as the Inaugural Chair of the British Psychological Society's Division of Coaching Psychology (2021-2022). Jonathan is passionate about how research evidence can inform practice, and has published over one hundred scientific articles and forty books on leadership, change and coaching. This work has contributed his international reputation in the field, multiple awards and recognition as one of the leading thinkers in the field of coaching and personal development.
