Senior Product Manager

Responsible for driving the sales performance of EE SOHO online sales experiences.

Collaborate across SOHO CFU & CDO (up to Director level) to shape and align the business & customer requirements for EE’s eCommerce platforms.

Utilise customer insight and business priorities to create a balanced view of customer needs and business challenges to create and prioritise the BT & EE SOHO sales Digital backlog.

Work closely with data analytic teams to drive decision making, and support business case creation. 

Obtain and use customer insights to design positive customer experiences based on quantitative and qualitative customer behavior and feedback. 

Work closely with internal proposition managers to understand their vision and break it down into an actionable backlog for my squad to deliver.

Digital Product Owner

Responsible for driving the performance of JLR’s B2C customers experiences, including the Connected Car experience between vehicles and customer touch-points.

Product Owner

Responsible for driving the performance of thinkmoney’s mobile (iOS & Android) and web platforms, including: apply journeys, early life onboarding and on-going servicing customer journeys.

Drive outcomes by defining new features and optimization strategies.

Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes including product research, customer research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.

Translate product strategy into detailed user stories for prototype building and final product development by the relevant teams.

Collaborate closely with fraud teams, to ensure that robust KYC/anti-impersonation checks and processes are in place, without causing large amounts of friction in customer journeys.

Collaborate closely with design, development, test and marketing teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire team.

Senior Product Owner

Responsible for EE Upgrade Digital journeys on web and app, with a focus on increasing the Digital share of EE sales for direct to customer sales.

Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously as both a project lead, team member and/or through direct, hands-on management with cross functional teams. 

Lead, motivate and manage a high performing team of 5 product owners within the Upgrade Tribe, ensuring that their potential is achieved & best practices are shared.

Squads contained within my Tribe:

- Existing customer optimisation: Responsible for the optimisation of the end to end upgrade and add line journeys. Reporting on KPI and focusing on ensuring KPIs are met.

- Platform capability: Responsible for the upgrades to the shop platform (Hybris) and ensuring out of the box functionality is utilised, interlocking with all shop squads.

- Commerce capability:  Responsible for delivering new capability & journeys onto the online shop across all journeys.

- Upgrade merchandising: Responsible for device launches and merchandising across the upgrade and add line journeys. Includes content updates, A/B testing, pricing & time limited offers.

- Proposition merchandising: Responsible for delivering marketing campaigns onto the EE digital estates, covering key proposition launches and sales campaigns (such as Xmas, Black Friday etc).

Prioritise activities for my tribe of POs, based upon achieving validated learning as quickly as possible and maximising customer value. 

Collate, distil and interrogate customer insight and business priorities to create a balanced view of customer needs and business challenges for my tribe. 
Obtain and use customer insights to design positive customer experiences based on quantitative and qualitative customer behavior and feedback. 

Act as the senior subject matter expert for all related Product related performance metrics across a number of KPIs.

Senior Digital Product Owner

Leadership of scoping, sizing and shaping of demand into the EE Digital area, working closely with key internal Digital business owners to utilise expertise and knowledge to understand new requirements and enabling the completion of robust briefs for development, infrastructure and content teams to execute against. 

Ownership of the implementation of large and complex digital deliverables & provision of project management-like support to delivery teams, creating structure and governance to support the delivery of new projects. 

Ensure focus on end-to-end implications of new Digital initiatives, not just design and build but also hosting, support, site performance, tagging, security, in-life operation etc. 

Engagement with other key EE directorate representatives at all levels on EE Digital activity.

Senior Digital Implementation Manager

Develop and maintain close relationships across the EE organisation, ensuring the wider business buys into the Digital strategy for EE across all customer and internal touch points. 

Digital business lead for requirement gathering phase of key projects and programmes. Early business casing – identifying and validating costs, benefits and digital outcomes. Initiation and coordination of digital initiatives, including new concepts, prototypes, innovation and beta projects (Proof of concept).
 
Studio management of team resources and creation of virtual digital teams to mobilise new digital initiatives and key device launches.

Digital Business Manager

Plan and manage the delivery of front-end and back-end changes to Orange's online shop. Ensuring that all releases go through agreed systems testing and release strategies. Collaboration with project management, development teams, product management and technical support teams to quickly and efficiently deliver new customer propositions & functionality onto Orange online shops.

Collaborate closely with development & QA teams in both agile & waterfall environments. Maintain test environments, arrange code merging activities and remove obstacles obstructing the teams. Extensive experience in a managed service environment (multi vendor), working with offshore development, QA and support teams.

Release & Delivery Manager

Responsible for analysing voice service traffic data and providing recommendations for capacity management and optimal traffic engineering on Orange UK’s VoIP platform. 

Manage rollout of capacity upgrades in the Orange network.
