Affluent Segment Proposition and Portfolio Management:
- Managing Premier proposition to serve and support banks’ affluent customers.
- Ensuring customer growth by acquisition of new-to-bank and upgrades customers.
- Ensuring Premier proposition’s customer attrition to be in line with bank’s annual target.
- Managing customer life-cycle management via leads and customer on-boarding journey.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders for Premier related products launches, cross-sell activities, as well as campaigns to encourage funding and increase of balances.

Product Development and Portfolio Management:
- Managing overall Deposits products, payments, Perks@Work payroll, safe deposit lockers (SDL).
- Monitoring product’s performances and creation of campaigns.
- Managing product or regulatory enhancements, testing and test scripts.
- Ensuring Deposits’ performance in meeting bank’s annual target.
- Monitoring product’s transfer pricing (TP/VOF) and margin (NIM).
- Managing WPB’s Deposits P&L and fees line.
- Market research on competitor banks’ products, services and campaigns.

Retail Banking Products - SG & MY’s Core Banking Enhancements Project:
- Providing robust end-to-end user requirements of products.
- Ensuring continuity of operations with enhanced product competitiveness and no significant risk or impairment of customer experience.
- Responsible for accuracy and thoroughness of presented information or requirements related to products.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of CVD, functional specifications, coding and satisfactory UAT outputs for Singapore and Malaysia. 
- Ensuring availability of information to facilitate future reference, validation, continuity of information flow and to minimize rework and wastage of time.
- Full participation on the progress, transition and mapping of codes, covering all relevant codes for Singapore and Malaysia products, operations and other ad hoc information and processes required for the coding process on the allocated time.
- Leading the UAT activities by ensuring thoroughness of plan, complete execution of the required UAT items with satisfactory UAT results in the agreed timeline. 
- Managing multiple level of stakeholders for better understanding and validation of information or data throughout the whole project.
- Regular engagement of stakeholders and business managers to 1) provide progress of the project status, 2) obtain feedback to ensure robustness of requirements and alignment with business objectives, 3) obtain directions, endorsements, concern and clearance throughout the project and 4) obtain resources support and information in the events of need.
